Chocolate Extract (MYO)


I did not even know you could MAKE chocolate extract yourself! But once I figured it out I put it in EVERYTHING! Add this to anything with a base flavor of chocolate and it is like you are tasting Chocolate for the first time; it highlights the sweet and increases the depth of flavor. This extract recipe has a hint of vanilla to counter some of the cacao’s bitterness, but is still very chocolate forward.

This make your own kit includes everything but the alcohol! 4oz Amber bottle to protect flavor, Crushed Cacao Nibs and label so you remember what you made. Packaged in its own box with recipe card.

Naturally Sourced

This smells like what I imagine Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory would smell like. Cacao Nibs are pieces of the Cocoa beans; Chocolate in it’s purest state. I ate one raw, I would not recommend it. Smell=Awesome… Taste not so much. If you want a true “cacao” taste just steep the nibs, but if you want a more ‘sweet’ chocolate, mix in a splash of simple syrup and it is a completely different taste experience.

The Extract to be bottled in amber to keep peak flavor.
