Madagascar Vanilla Beans are what most people associate with vanilla extract. Madagascar Beans have a more full bodied and rich flavor. Meanwhile, Tahitian Vanilla is more floral and Mexican Vanilla is kind of ‘woodsy and earthy’. I like to use Madagascar Vanilla as it is the most versatile in its uses.
The Extract is to be bottled in amber to keep peak flavor.
