Samantha Hand Collects the water from the Barnegat Bay, which is then Triple Filtered, Boiled and then Slow Dried to Keep the crystals intact while preserving flavor. Unlike anything you have tasted before, Barnegat Bay Salt is ‘saltier’ than your average salt. A little goes a long way!

I use a 4:3 ratio of Celery to Salt when making my homemade celery salt to add to the Ol’ Barney ‘Bay’ Seasoning, while the normal ratio is 1:2, that is how potent LBI Sea Salt is.
